Anyway it's good to be back. I'm super excited and realise just how much I've missed blogging.
I'm starting off on the right foot, I'm feeling very inspired and excited for what's to come.
I've recently teamed up with ZEMP lifestyle , this will be a collaboration for a few months (I guess you can call it a campaign) I'm grateful for the opportunity and have fallen in love with their products.
So what is ZEMP all about?
Formerly known as Jinger Jack, ZEMP is a lifestyle brand that produces 100% hand crafted genuine leather products such as bags, wallets, watches and more. The designs are for men and women with unisex products in between.
The business was founded by South African born Claire Zemp back in July 2012 and has changed its name from Jinger Jack to the founder's surname "Zemp"
They started by designing leather belts and since then, the brand has expanded to include clutches, sling bags, travel bags and sunglasses to mention a few.
ZEMP offers high quality items which are classic, stylish and reasonably priced.
I love that their pieces are timeless and aren't fashion fads. I can see myself using the same items in the next years to come and they'll still complement the outfit.
What I really love is that you can have the leather items personalised using monogramming, this means you can have your name, initials or anything brief that you'd like engraved on your leather product. Monogramming is fun and gives the item character, you can get this done at an additional cost of R100 with your leather item purchase.
As one of their Brand Ambassadors/ influencers I get to pick a few items of my choice and I'm happy with my selections. Let me introduce you to my favourite items and you'll see how I styled them.
Electra C2 Sunglasses & Eleven Eleven Watch:
I fell in love with the Electra C2 polarised sunglasses in the colour black and tortoiseshell. These are actually my first "proper sunglasses" as they are polarised (I normally buy fashion sunglasses as long as they have a little bit of UV protection) Polarised sunnies are great and are of good quality as they reduce glare from surfaces such as water, snow and glass. Glare distorts the true colour of an object and compromises the quality in which you see. All these challenges can be avoided when using polarised sunglasses. These are stylish and come in various colours (there are other styles too) this pair currently costs R995.00.
The Eleven Eleven Watch:
This is the 32mm steel watch that I wear every day in Silver. I also love it in gold steel and brown leather straps. What's great is that you can buy one watch and different straps, this will look as though you have more than one watch and you can match the straps with your outfit if that's your kind of thing :-) the Eleven Eleven watch is currently retailing at R1,590.00.
There are a lot other styles to choose from, all their watches are elegantly designed and are solid.
The Bastille Bag & Rose wallet:
These two are the perfect combo and are sure to last for years, you can't go wrong with genuine leather if you're looking for longevity. As seen above I had my bag and wallet personalised and if my friend would end up having the same items they could still be differentiated and wouldn't be easily swapped *chuckles*
The Bastille bag currently costs R2,090.00 and it comes in the colours Waxy Tan, Toffee Tan, Chestnut & black.
The Rose wallet is the perfect size for me as it fits in most of my hand bags. Rose comes in Waxy Caramel, Chestnut & Black. Priced at R850.00 this Wallet is a cost effective investment.
The Paris Bag:
This bag is my absolute favourite, it's simple yet elegant and will complement most outfits.
I love how it made my outfit look effortlessly chic. The bag costs R2,490.00 and comes in the following colours; Waxy Tan, Toffee Tan, Chestnut & Black.
The Toiletry bag:
This is an essential item if you like travelling or sleep overs but everyone should own a toiletry bag.
This leather toiletry bag is a stylish way to carry your grooming items and will last longer than bags made out of other materials. I think this would be a great birthday or Christmas gift especially if you engrave the recipient's name or initials on it. Toiletry bags range between R850,00 to R2,290.00.
The Travel Bag:
Last but certainly not least, is the travel bag. This bag can be used on its own or can be used as hand luggage if you fancy packing your entire wardrobe when travelling like I do :-)
or use it to pack a few items for a weekend away. These cost R3,690.00 to R4,960.00 and are also a great investment.
